Here at Kumeū Baptist we are
a community of God's storytellers

We are passionate people who love Jesus and want to make Him known in Kumeū. As Christians we are a Jesus-centred, Bible-believing, Spirit-led church that aim to glorify God in all we do.

We believe that Jesus set that standard for his followers and we intend to continue in loving, caring and reaching everyone in Kumeū.

We would love to help you feel at home amongst us, as we recognise that connecting into a church fellowship is no small or easy feat. You can find out more about what we are about and our Sunday gatherings during the week. May God bless you wherever you are in your walk with Jesus.

No Service 12 April

Due to Cyclone Vaianu the leadership team have decided to cancel the in-person service at Huapai School Hall. Instead we invite you to join a Zoom chat, devotion and discussion. The link is available by emailing [email protected]

Please join us in praying for our community and those beyond impacted by the cyclone.

10AM Sunday // Huapai School Hall

We meet every week at 10am at Huapai School - we are passionate about discipleship. Our gatherings include celebration, inspiration, teaching and worship. We love to sing together, hear the Word, inspire each other with stories and celebrate what God is doing in across Kumeū Baptist and our community. We take part in communion each month and our children and intermediates enjoy regular programs also.

How to find us: Come up Trigg Road and turn into the school at the purple sign. There are 42 carparks up the drive. We meet primarily in the school hall, shown on the map in the red circle. Part way through the children head to a classroom. You are welcome to go with your kids and stay as long as you like.

“I have told you all this so that you may find your peace in me. You will find trouble in the world—but, never lose heart, I have conquered the world!”
