Outwest Youth Trust
Outwest Youth Community Trust was founded by members of Kumeu Baptist Church and is focused on providing community services to youth in our wider area and providing positive youth development.
Key initiatives and focus include:
- 24-7 YouthWork at Kaipara College
- Youth Connections and Futureworks – linking up with local businesses and other organisations to help young people to gain employment and training
- Supporting/collaborating with other local youth groups and organisations that work in our area.
- Providing Positive Social Alternatives
- Alternative Education program
- Increased communication and community collaboration
